Policy
Editorial Policy
GadNest publishes explainer guides about how consumer electronics work. This policy describes how we decide what to cover and how we keep that coverage independent and accurate.
What we cover
We cover general principles behind common gadget features — screens, batteries, wireless connections, sensors, and smart-home devices — chosen because they stay relevant regardless of which specific model someone owns.
What we do not cover
GadNest does not publish product reviews, rankings, buying guides, prices, or news about new product launches. We do not provide repair, disassembly, or battery-service instructions, and we do not make medical claims about wearable sensors.
Independence
GadNest does not accept payment for coverage and does not publish sponsored content. No guide is written to favor a specific manufacturer; brand names appear only where factually necessary and never as an endorsement.
Review and updates
Every guide displays the date it was published and the date it was last reviewed. A review means an editorial check of the guide's claims against current public documentation from the sources on our Methodology and Sources page.
